Here is how your order reaches you.

Delivery

We deliver within our service area. Your delivery fee depends on how far you are from our kitchen. Where we can price it instantly, you will see the fee before you pay. Where your address needs to be quoted individually, you will pay for your items first, and we will send you a secure link to pay the delivery fee once we have worked it out. We start preparing your order once that fee is paid.

Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from us instead, at no extra cost. Choose Pickup at checkout and we will tell you when it is ready.

Order now or schedule ahead

Choose Order Now and we will prepare your order as soon as we can. Choose Schedule for Later to pick a date and time slot, which is the better option for parties, events and large orders.

Timing

Freshly baked and made-to-order items need preparation time, so the time you see at checkout is when we expect your order to be ready, not the moment you order. Larger and catering orders need more notice.

Tracking your order

You can check your order status at any time on our order tracking page using your order number.
