This policy explains what personal information Foodletics Delish collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you provide one, your email address. If you create an account we also store your login details, with your password kept in an encrypted form that we cannot read.
When you pay online, your card and bank details are entered directly with our payment provider. Those details never pass through or get stored on our website.
Why we collect it
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order.
- To contact you about an order, including by phone or WhatsApp.
- To keep records of sales as required for running the business.
- To send you offers and updates, but only if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with those who help us complete your order: our payment provider to take payment, and a delivery partner to bring your order to you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop sending you marketing messages. Email hello@foodleticsdelish.com and we will respond.
